Cancellations and rescheduling
At Fernanda’s Beauty Salon, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that any appointment be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.
Cancellation fees
Fixed-price services: For services with fixed pricing, the cancellation fee will be equal to the full price of the service booked.
Variable-price services: For services with variable pricing, such as Hair Art / Pastel Color, the cancellation fee will be equal to the minimum starting price of that service, based on stylist level and service category.
Appointments changed within 48 hours: If an appointment is modified within 48 hours of the scheduled time and then canceled or results in a no-show, the cancellation fee will be based on the original service booked before the change, not the modified service.
This policy protects the time reserved specifically for your appointment.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply.
Please plan accordingly for traffic and parking. Parking is behind the building via Temple Street.
Card on file
A valid card on file is required for every online appointment. Card details are collected and stored securely by Square and are not received or stored by Fernanda’s Beauty Salon’s website.
Deposits
Deposits are required only in special situations determined by the salon. If a deposit is required, the amount and terms will be explained before it is collected.
