Appointments
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive on time with dry hair unless instructed otherwise. Bring inspiration photos if you have a specific look in mind.
What happens during my consultation?
Your stylist will discuss your goals, evaluate your hair condition, review previous color history, explain realistic expectations, recommend services, and answer your questions before beginning.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Please contact the salon as early as possible if your plans change.
Do you require deposits?
Not usually. Most appointments do not require a deposit.
We do require a credit or debit card on file to secure your appointment and enforce our cancellation and late arrival policy.
A deposit may be required only in certain situations or for specific appointments, as determined by the salon. If a deposit is needed, we'll let you know when you book.
